I have these in grey driven by an Alan Eaton Amplifier with just over 1 watt per channel. And they SING with silky smooth tones that make you want to reach out and touch the sound.
Raw instruments and vocals sound like they are in the room. Brass sounds like I’m in stage band again with the trombones hitting you in the chest. It’s incredible. If you can persuade the wife to let you put them in the living room, you will have countless compliments from friends and family as they listen to music like a child hearing songs for the first time.
Also, they are huge, and very strange looking at first, but they grow on you. I can’t take my eyes off them when I walk in the room now, I just smile.

I have been a fan Of Tekton Design for almost 20 years! I have been into flea watt SET & SEP tube amps. My current favorite is a Type 45 tube set amp and the PS15 are an excellent match. In my 30 years of this hobby, this setup has the most real life sound that I have enjoyed. No matter what the source is or what amp is used, it sounds like live music in my room.
Dynamic, natural tone, timbre, and flow, big soundstage, deep bass, and inner note detail and clear highs. It really is live in the room music! Highly recommended!

I really love my blue perfect set 15’s. I don’t know how they compare with the other Tekton speakers, but they work great with my First Watt J2 amp driven by my Oppo BDP-105 Blu-Ray player. I recently bought a pair of Zu Audio Dirty Weekend speakers as rear speakers for a 5.1 setup. I did some comparison listening between the two and I definitely preferred the Tekton’s. There is nothing wrong with the Zu speakers, I just prefer the bigger more open sound stage of my Tekton’s.
